Items 35 through 61 and item 64 went through in one roll call without discussion. They included 21 resolutions taking properties out of the Rent Escrow Account Program, requests for reports on private paid events in parks and on animal shelter security, hours and facilities, a new temporary preferential parking district (No. 346) in CD 10, an expanded preferential parking district (No. 270) in Winnetka in CD 3, and an instruction to expand Overnight Parking District No. 551 in CD 10.
