Authorizes the Los Angeles Department of Transportation to apply, as a subrecipient to the Housing Authority of the City of Los Angeles, for up to $5,014,000 from the state's Transformative Climate Communities Round 6 program, and to report back on implementation if selected (agenda). Per the agenda, the money would cover a Mobility Wallet component and transit operations for the existing Commuter Express 142 line, with Measure M and Prop A money used as matching funds.
