Community Facilities District No. 2021-1 bonds Item 85
Acting as the legislative body of Community Facilities District No. 2021-1, the Board authorized issuing up to $40,000,000 in special tax bonds to pay for public improvements benefiting property in the district. It also adopted a reimbursement resolution and annexed parcels into a related services district with the owners' unanimous consent.
